I recently found out from one of the threads here that a coalition on spam was formed in Athens (http://www.stopspamalliance.org) and when I checked the website, Spyware and Keyloggers were mentioned a little under the "Malware" tag/category.

I would propose for Spyware and Keyloggers to be dealt separately because I see it as a separate problem and it's important to protect people from use of Spyware and Keyloggers from fellow users, companies and governments/state agents. But does anyone else see this necessary? Or should it stay under Malware and be dealt together with SPAM?

I personally think it deserves its own workshop or main session during the meeting in Rio de Janeiro.
