Patronite
A workshop devoted to the mechanisms of creating communities capable of investing in others. Patronite.pl, as the first digital patronage in Poland, based on the principle of subscription crowdfunding, co-created such collection phenomena as Radio "Nowy Świat" - former journalists of the Polish Radio Three who collect almost PLN 0.5 million a month or the Sekielski brothers fully financing their films with contributions from patrons.
As pioneers, by learning and then synthesizing knowledge about community formation and the functioning of e-patronage, we want to convey knowledge about how crowdfunding tools can successfully support any type of culture and support any type of media. Being in a specific way a reflection of the mechanisms of civil society.
