Dear Constance

As a first move I have just forwarded your message and the document to the
Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation to invite their help in
securing inputs, promote awareness and ultimately take up of the resource.

I've also asked Cristina Monti to circulate this information to the EU High
Level Group.

I will seek out opportunities to raise awareness at the ICANN meeting in
Dublin next month when I will chair a Commonwealth GAC group

Kind regards

Mark
