(as suggested at the Sept 24 BPF Call)</li></ul><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>I left tracked changes on, so that it is clear what is new content from the contributions and what is text from the original research paper.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><ul class="MailOutline"><li class="">The ‘Formal contributions’ are listed in the acknowledgements (on p.2) and reflected in updates to the contents of the report, but without additional references. This is similar to the Research paper where key contributors are named upfront, without references in the text.
