Hi Sam
I already sent in to you / list the so called annual report for the DC last month which is what you are perhaps referring to . So please combine both documents for the DC of DC consideration thank you.. But as we are a new DC we appreciate our own session and that is fine if we don't have a space on the main DC of DC stage for this part year that we have been in existence !
We actually followed the format of substantial contributions from DCs posted on the IGF website.
So you have with you our annual report that was submitted by the deadline and this SC sheet as well - 2 documents, also attached to this email again ...

thanks Amali De Silva - Mitchell for DC DDHT

Dear Amali

Thank you for the contribution. It's not quite along the same lines of the contributions made by other DCs (the idea is for the paper to talk about what the DC is doing, rather than individual members, but as a new DC, the DC Coordination Group may be willing to accept this), but as the DC main session is a collective decision among all DCs, I will post the PDF to the DC website listing of substantive contributions, along with a note in the draft Google Doc outline of the main session, to let people know that a new paper is available. In terms of which sub-theme you propose speaking under, that is up to you as a DC to propose via the Google Doc (the DCs that submitted papers by the original due date of late September were listed according to the themes and sub-themes they had identified, but since then, other DCs that have submitted their papers past that deadline have added themselves to the section they feel most reflects their DC's work).

Details of the main session, in terms of timing, are also available in the Google Doc:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/13FHs3JrXhWuyEcd3jQ1rQmqIZwOzBFfyMW1338XuaGw/edit?usp=sharing

In terms of what's expected of speakers in the session, that will depend on what the final draft outline looks like. As the draft of the main session is a collective effort by all DCs, you are able to contribute to its development, too.

 Regards

Sam

     Dear Sam
Please find attached the quick fix listing of substantive contributions from  our DC DDHT members. This is not an exhaustive list but something we were able to cobbled together quickly. I hope that it is sufficient.
Please advise us on the next steps for the main DC of DC session. If we have this opportunity to be part of the DC groups then please advise on date, time and a short note on what is expected of us.
DDHT can be placed under access, rights or education ...
  Thank you and kind regards
