It will be great to send a reminder a week before the deadline to ask proposers to help with the survey.

How many proposers received the survey? That will help us to set up a target for the number of responses to consider the responses representative of the community surveyed.  I've include 2 very simple examples attached (using the sample size calculator from SurveyMonkey) having 400 proposers and playing a bit with the confidence level and the margin of error.

    I’d say 4 weeks from now on with the option to prolong the deadline if the response rate is low.

    Thanks Luis. It looks good. Just one comment room Ben is not included yet, but in my personal opinion, I think is better not to have too many free text fields, as that makes the analysis very difficult.

    My proposal was that only if proposers select "Could have been better" or "Very dissatisfied" the "why" field will show up.
