IGF 2024 Bilateral Meeting Rooms Reservations

Bilateral meeting rooms slots can be booked by clicking on the links below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As room capacity is limited, participants can reserve up to ten (10) slots 30-minutes during the week of the IGF. If more than 10 slots are booked, your bookings will be cancelled! On an exceptional basis, you can contact the IGF Secretariat in case you need additional meeting room slots. Please, do not book on entries marked as "No Slots Available", as these will be discarded. 

Bilateral meeting organizers should cancel a reservation in the booking system in case a meeting does not take place to free up the space for other IGF participants. 

Each bilateral meeting room is equipped with a 75-inch TV screen. 

Three (3) bilateral meeting rooms allow for hybrid meetings and are equipped with a laptop, HDMI cable, a webcam and a microphone.
