[Bp_ipv6] Reminder: Call at noon, Argentina time

Greetings, colleagues,

I hope this email finds you all well. We have our third call today at noon,
Argentina time, 15h00 UTC. I've copied the registration details below.

For those in BA, I will be joining the call from my room at the Plaza Hotel

given that the network at the ICANN meeting has been touch and go. The
Plaza is a very simple 10 minute walk from the Sheraton. You are welcome to

Today we will discuss the background paper and the outline for the outcome
document.

Based upon the problem definition document, I've pulled together an outline
for the background paper here
