[Bp_ipv6] Scheduling an initial call; gentle reminder for feedback on Scope and Goals

Hi all,

Thank you very much for inviting me to the discussion. I look forward to the Webex call tomorrow.
As a scope, I suggested to Izumi we might look at the important role of local IPv6 Task forces, how they helped with spreading knowledge, building communities and pushing IPv6 deployments.
I think governments and (commercial) organisations could benefit greatly from a local IPv6 Task force, as we have seen in a number of countries already. These local task forces also exchange knowledge and promote local deployments on a more regional level, at different conferences for example.

I agree that technical best practices should be outside the scope of this document.
