[DC] Joint DC Submission for IGF2015 Stocktaking

Dear All, 

First of all, thanks to those who joined today's virtual meeting! 

Since not everyone could make it, this is to let DCs know that, as 
discussed in the meeting, they still have a little time to add their 
inputs to the submission for the IGF2015 stocktaking process. The 
contributions for the stocktaking will be incorporated into a synthesis 
paper and discussed at the upcoming MAG meeting on 4-6 April.

The Secretariat deadline for contributions is Friday 12 February, but DC 
members can have until Monday the 15th to make their edits in the document 
and, most importantly, endorse it by signing at the bottom.
