I've added the new suggestions in revision marks pending comments from
others, though I remain doubtful that there is enough time remaining for
all the DCs to consider further changes:

Currently we only have two DCs on board!  Only Platform Responsibility
and Child Online Safety have endorsed.  Where are all the others?
