Meeting!

Dear All,

This is a kind reminder on the below.

- Guidelines for DC output papers have been posted to the IGF's website.
The deadline for first drafts, as agreed in our last meeting, is Friday 29
September.

- Please vote in the scheduling poll! We will hold the next virtual
meeting between 4-8 September.

If there are any questions on this, as always, please feel free to reach
out to the Secretariat!

(For those of you in the Northern Hemisphere, we hope you are enjoying the
last bit of summer!)

All the best,
Eleonora

Dear All,

We hope this finds you well!

As the Secretariat is scheduling the next joint meeting of DCs, we invite
you to fill in the usual Doodle poll here:
http://doodle.com/poll/7ifmfvn969gavq2k

Please note that the options are during the first week of September, from
4-8 September 2017.

In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to gently remind you
of the outcomes of the last coordination meeting, in which it was agreed
DCs would produce output papers ahead of, and as a condition for
participating in, the DCs main session at IGF 2017. The guidelines for
doing so are attached to this message and remain the same as last year's.
They have also just been updated and posted to the DC Coordination page
(under "IGF 2017 Main Session Planning / Reference Documents"):
https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/dc-coordination-activities

As per agreement in the meeting, the first drafts are due on Friday, 29
September.

If there are any questions on this, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Very best,
Eleonora
