Dear Luis,

We are also encountering a problem with the DC3 submission
Once we submit, there is an "error" message popping up. The igf webpage is then stating the form has already been used three times even if it has not been used even once...

Could you help us?

Many thanks

Dear Luis,

First and foremost, I hope you're doing well and all is ok for your and
your family. I can only imagine you have a lot to manage tonight, so thank
 you in advance.

I was able to submit the proposal (it was only question 13 that was
troublesome). I apologise if I seemed a bit panicked, but I wasn't sure
 what to do.

If it's possible to amend that question, I'd like to add info at irpcharter.org
and farahat_3 at hotmail.com to the organisers. But they are also listed in
the respective fields below that, so I don't know if it's necessary.

Regardless, thank you for your help, and now back to my usual calm and
 collected/professional self.

 Stay safe and well,
 -Michael
