[IGFmaglist] Visa issue should be addressed as part of Host Country Agreement!

Moedjiono, All,

Just to add to Sanja's comments about the passport information, this also
happened last year when Azerbaijan hosted the IGF (the disclosure names and
passport numbers---which together are considered confidential, as Sanja
notes). Most MAG members will recall that there was quite a bit of outrage
from the community (particularly those that specialize in privacy) when
this happened last year in the case of Azerbaijan. It might be wise to
look back and see where else this letter may have been distributed (if it
was sent anywhere other than the MAG list) and to make a similar appeal not
to disclose the details of personally identifiable information.

Best,

Patrick
