Hi Janis,

I’m fine with the original plan, leaving on Saturday morning.

Dear MAG members,

I will explore this option with the Secretariat. After the end of IGF we would have been more relaxed and less pressed by time but I fully recognize the constrains that some of you may have.
Best regards
JK

I have the same scheduling constraint as Virat. I'm on a flight around 7:00 PM. Meeting over lunch on the 5th should work better.

Janis,
On the virtual call recently, and once earlier, you had proposed, and we had all agreed, for a MAG meeting on the last day, Friday, September 5, 2014.
In this regard some of us may be able to get a flight out of Istanbul, around 7 p.m. which requires us to be at the airport around 5:00-5:30 p.m.
May I request that we use the 2 hour lunch break on the 5th to convene the last MAG meeting, rather than post the closing ceremony? If it is in the evening, post the closing ceremony, then some of us will have to either stay an extra day or skip the meeting, depending on our commitments.
I am not sure if the time has already been decided, but I had assumed that post the closing ceremony, may have been an ideal slot. If we hold the MAG meeting at lunch, then we can still attend the closing ceremony which will usually be a “readout, look forward, look back, thanks to the host country, and messages from Brazil”.
In view of the above, please let us know if 1 hour out of the lunch slot can be used for, as you had proposed, “a short final MAG meeting”.
Other members may also weigh in depending on their preference for the best slot.
Regards
Virat Bhatia
