[IGFmaglist] Update on Zero-Rating Main Session

Greetings colleagues,

Due to the hour I will be unable to attend our upcoming call. I look
forward to reviewing the recording.

As a brief update, those participating in the zero-rating main session held
our first call yesterday. We will be working towards an producing a short
paper for the session this week.
