Dear All,

Please find the attached proposal for consideration for a main proposal at this year's IGF. The proposal is entitled Addressing Cybersecurity by Building Resilience and Trust through Stakeholder Collaborations. This session includes a number of different approaches to solves issues within the context of cybersecurity. The session is co-facilitated by me and in collaboration with the Dutch Government, Observer Research Foundation (ORF) India, Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre at University of Oxford, ICC-BASIS.
