Greetings colleagues,

For reasons beyond my comprehension, I have not been able to connect
through WebEx on a number of occasions in the past few weeks. I am going to
try and troubleshoot, but in the event that I cannot join the call,
herewith an update on the Zero-Rating main session.

We have collected and consolidated a robust list policy questions from the
community. Our dialogue will be based upon questions gathered from this
list.
