This is most unfortunate. Sorry you and your colleagues had to face this. 

Agree with comments by several MAG members especially Subi and Lynn.Chair's Blog will certainly help. Strongly recommended. 

Thanks to the IGF Secretariat for the timely and responsive steps they have outlined, recommended and rolled out.

Pl let us know, as to how we at the MAG might be of meaningful assistance.
