[IGFmaglist] Possible WG - ACCESS

Dear Lynn, all,

I'm a former MAG member and from our side we have been working since a 
long time now on the participation of vulnerable/marginalised groups in 
the Information Society.

I'll be happy to share our results/fundings and be accepted in the WG, 
if such will be created.
