I also commend Anriette, APC, who offered the initial intervention that Am. Fonseca so ably shepherded.
And, just as an FYI, I kept in touch with the MAG Chair and Secretariat, as well, so that there was fairly broad input and review.
It was not easy, and I especially want to comment Am. Fonseca and Jandyr, who 'made it so'.

Colleagues and friends,
As the ICC and ICC BASIS representative on the ground along with my colleague Timea Suto, who will serve on the Enhanced Cooperation Working Group, I would
like to also express my gratitude to Ambassador Fonseca and Jandyr Santos for supporting the inclusion of this language and making sure the IGF texts as you see them were included and supportive of our collective goals and effort.
It was great working with other colleagues from ICANN,APC, ISOC, UNESCO and the governments, who rolled up their sleeves and persisted to the finish.
For those of you who don’t participate but are interested in updates or news from the room, I suggest you follow Samantha Dickinson on Twitter. She is often
on the scene of the important Internet governance and post-WSIS events as a reporter and observer. Her tweets share updates and even impressive time stamps when things go into the wee hours.

I would like to acknowledge the initiative by the following MAG members present at the CSTD meeting: Nigel Hickson, Marilyn Cade and Elizabeth Thomas-Raynaud - who, together with the representative of ISOC, were instrumental for the introduction of paragraph
36bis, which I had the great pleasure to sponsor in the respective negotiating group.
