[IGFmaglist] REQUEST FOR MAG APPROVAL ON MAIN SESSION GUIDELINES 2016

Dear Liesyl, Virat, all,

A big thank you to everyone who's contributed to this.

I support the compromise text on C(iv) shared below. Linking IGF outputs
with other relevant fora and processes is important - in fact it is one of
the CSTD recommendations for IGF improvements that certainly merits our
attention. However, I would be concerned with adding any further
specificity to these guidelines, as this would take us down the road of
arbitrarily selecting some forums, while missing others.

The compromise text seems to strike the right balance. Hopefully, we can
work towards a more comprehensive approach towards linking our outputs with
the broader ecosystem as part of the overall efforts to strengthen the IGF.

Best wishes,
Lea
