Dear MAG members

As discussed during our all on Tuesday, 11 August, a Google doc has been
created that contains the approach to introductory and concluding
thematic track sessions last year, as well as reflections on how to
adapt and improve this excellent innovation of the 2019 MAG.

Can you please refer to the document (thanks to Ben for compiling it)
and add your reflections.

I request that you also look at my suggestions with regard to IGF
outcomes as that has some implications for how we organise these sessions.

The Googledoc

three sections:

  * 1) Formats used in 2019
  * 2) Discussion on how it worked in practice (includes comments from
    email thread thus far)
  * 3) How it could look in 2020, including taking into account the
virtual nature of this year’s meeting (includes comments from email
thread and from the MAG call of 11 August)

Looking forward to your input in time for us to have an updated approach
documented so that we can review and approve at our next call on 25 August.

Thanks

Anriette
