[IGFmaglist] Secretary-General's remarks to the General Assembly on his priorities for 2020

Thank you Chengetai, Carlos and Mme Chair. It is indeed an excellent speech
which can be served as a reminder as well on the IGF directions thus will
give weight to our activities planned along that line.
