[IGFmaglist] Proposal for a new working group on hybrid meetings

Dear colleagues,

Based on our discussion in December, Adam Peake and I promised to 
prepare a short proposal for a new working group that would focus on an 
improved format of future hybrid IGF meetings. We are sharing it
