hi lynn,

wld support this as well. although for Q10d, thought wld impt to also 
include e.g. UN Women and UNHRC (where actually, collab is already 
happening on both gender and HR & internet policy issues)

but also noting carolyn's questions around purpose, process and ability 
to still affect design. is it possible to get some further clarity on 
this? although apologies in advance if this is already responded to in a 
thread previously.
