[Wg-mwp] ICANN feasibility study recommends new initiative to partner with the IGF on outcomes

Hi Jeremy

While this ISOC initiative is new many themes and members already
participate in IGF intersessional activities.

I hope, therefore, this ISOC representation comes to add voices and not
subtract others.
