[Wg-mwp] Final option paper for information

Dear all,

   Thanks for your great effort to draft this paper.

   Regarding your proposal to send it to the Taking Stock review at this point in the process does not seem appropriate. As you say it is work in progress and the paper has only been read by a sub-working group (5 or 6 individuals) within an already very small working. The paper has still some way to go before having followed a full multi stakeholder process as high IGF’s standards demand, and us such the work done could be misinterpreted by those not aware of where in the process we stand now. To my understanding, other than informing what the working group is trying to address, submitting the paper is quite adventurous.
