Just finished reading the report and first of all I would like to thank everyone for the inputs, especially Lynn for all the effort considering all the various points of view and guiding us through these discussions.

I think all views are well captured in the document. While I agree with Ben that some context on the diverging views would be welcome, in the interest of time, I can support the report as is.

as we work to finalize our status report to the incoming MAG,  I wanted to inform you of the upcoming MAG meeting where the reports will be discussed.  All MAG meetings are open, and in this meeting all WG members will be able to speak as part of the transition efforts supporting the incoming MAG.

PS.  If you have not yet reviewed the draft status report, would greatly appreciate your doing so - if at all possible - before 23:59 UTC Monday 14th January.   There are relatively few edits from the version reviewed late last year (and they are highlighted in red text).
