Outreach can be understood as an extension
and communication of IGF principles and values and involvement of new actors</span></p>

outreach can be evaluated through</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li>Media
outreach and monitoring<br></li><li>Partnership
development </li></ul>Partnership
evaluation can be done through process measures (depth and quality of the
relationship) and outcome measures (quantifiable aspects and why an activity
was successful). Process measures (how well partnership process is working).Partnership
Process Measures<ul><ul><li>Has the
number of partnerships increased?</li><li>Have
partners demonstrated they clearly understand the IGF principles expectations?</li><li> Have partners brought new information and expertise?</li></ul><li>Events<br></li><li>Public
