Marianne Wilhelmsen is State Secretary in the Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance of Norway. She joins the Ministry from a director position at the tech company Ardoq and has previously worked at the health technology company Dignio. She is trained as a “Chaos Pilot”, holds a master's degree in strategy and competence management, and was the Secretary General of Labour Party Youth group from 2012 to 2014.
