DIY COW kit is an ongoing project and an ISIF grantee. The project ends by July and this talk delineates the various aspects of a DIY community networks kit. A significant aspect is about how to go outside the deployment box and look at approaches that are adaptable by local communities during and after community network deployment in a way that is inclusive of all - not limited to significantly literate community members.
