Juan Alfonso Fernández González is an Advisor in the Ministry of Communications and Assistant Professor in the University of Informatics Sciences of Cuba.
He is currently a member of the Cuban delegation to the United Nations Open-ended working group on security of and in the use of information and communications technologies 20212025.
The Internet Governance Forum Expert Group Meeting will be hosted from 30 March until 1 April 2022 in New York at the premises of the Permanent Mission of Finland to the United Nations.
