[Bp_cybersec_2016] Looking for assistance in engaging private sector

Bonjour Trésor,

It is my understanding that we do not have the resources to do formal
translations. However, I created a French translation of the message and
made it available here:

Feel free to use this. We'll do our best to leverage any submissions or
comments in French or the other official UN languages.
