[Bpf-cybersecurity] IGF Stocktaking: Deadline Extended to Monday 21 January

Mr. Wallis, you're a liar. It's amazing how you treat people like they're
idiots. It is against this arrogance and impunity that you burp, which I
have been fighting for five years. That behavior almost led to the arrest
some administrators from tech giants.

The inputs to which I refer, taking stock, were requested on Nov 28, 2018
and the Call for Inputs and submission instructions we can see HERE:

https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-community-public-consultation-taking-stock-of-the-2018-work-programme-and-13th-igf-and

And, Mr. Wallis, all inputs received are made public HERE:

https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/2018-2019-stocktaking-contributions

And I sent my inputs two times, on Jan 14 and 17, 2019. The first time I
sent the requested contribution I put in the body of the message. The
second time, in the message body and in an attached doc file. But, I'm sure
you know that. So, where my inputs are???

The inputs to which you refer were requested on August 16, 2018 and your
colleague Wim Degezelle confirmed receipt of my contribution and provided
me with the link (which you mentioned) on Sep 12, 2018. All documents are
archived on external hard drive.

With regard to previous inputs you wrote:
*"We also made efforts to incorporate your views..."*

Another lie. With regard to cyber security I put the finger on the wound
pointing the true responsibles for the problems in the sector. And I have a
lot of archived evidence. You did not incorporate anything. You just made
three or four quick little mentions before the final document.

Mr. Ben Wallis, Microsoft's representative, you're legislating on your own
cause. You're one of the many foxes taking care of this henhouse. You
represent a company that is one of the reasons for our insecurity. And the
key word is greed and impunity.
I would ask those responsible for the IGF: What is the reason for this
complicity? Who do you work for? Is it more profitable to receive
contributions and to levy fines of one billion euros of those who commit
crime?

For The Economist as requested: from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Marilson
