But it also says pretty clearly "It is also worth noting that the Idea
Rating Sheets methodology should probably be adapted to be more
precisely attuned to the IGF’s needs, perhaps with a different name", so
it seems to me that your point is covered.  I had the same thought
myself, which is why I wrote that in the draft.
