I agree with the evaluation as suggested by Sylvia (actually I think
this is already being done somehow since the BPFs started), but disagree
on using the criteria of secretariat resources to define the continuity.

Besides the four BPFs the intersessional process has several other
organized activities (especially the 14 Dynamic Coalitions), and just
like the BPFs and other intersessionals, it is up to the involved
communities to decide on their processes, I  think -- of course within
the rules and principles of the IGF.

In the case of the BPFs, the corresponding outcome reports are in
general excellent and if anything they are strong motivation for their
continuity.
