    Description

Mitzi László will be exploring how computational infrastructure is financed and how public finance does (or does not) translate to control. She will be inviting debate around if elements of the Internet should be considered a public utility, what we can learn from the establishment of past public utilities like pavements and railways, and which elements of the Internet would be suited to such an approach.
