  • Gather input from IGF stakeholders on IGF 2025 strategic objectives, including potential improvements to the IGF 2025 procedures and programme, the IGF’s contribution to the GDC implementation and to the 20-year review of the implementation of the outcome of WSIS.
  • Identify potential IGF 2025 overarching theme and sub-themes.

  2. session types, and 
  3. other programme components (high-level leaders track, parliamentary track, youth engagement, intersessional work sessions)

  • Select IGF 2025 MAG working groups and intersessional work streams (PNs and BPFs), agree on the working modalities and recommend cooperation with DCs and NRIs and the broader community.
  • Decide on the IGF 2025 overarching theme/title and sub-themes.
  • Endorse design of the overall programme structure and flow (including types and total number of sessions).

  • Agree on a strategic vision for the IGF and an approach to WSIS+20/GDC and prepare for the upcoming joint Leadership Panel meeting.
