The rise of new information and communication technologies has brought about many radical changes in the way we communicate and exchange information. Along with the speed, efficiency, performance and economic benefits of the digital evolution , new challenges are needed for the security and confidentiality of information and communication which crosses all the substruction of the world. As with other released technologies, the abuse of encryption technology is quickly noticed. Therefore, in the interest of national security, certain restrictions may be considered and, with a direct impact on law enforcement, encryption may be used. However, the individual needs encryption to protect their privacy and data which is deemed confidential like medical, financial, and email information because the state, in most cases, is not. allowed to interfere and keep track of the activities and privacy of citizens. In a networked environment, this information increasingly gets stolen or misused. Therefore, encryption is essential to building a secure and reliable global information infrastructure. Digital computers have changed the landscape a great deal and the whole question, at its simplest possible level, comes down to some form of balancing of interests. From a human rights perspective, there is a growing awareness that encryption is an important piece of the puzzle for achieving a free, open and trustworthy Internet. Does it promote free speech, commerce, user privacy and trust, and help protect data from malicious actors? Can encryption technologies help Internet users protect the privacy of their data and communications against unwanted sightings and intrusions in the age of Covid-19? individuals, governments, businesses and other communities - should use to protect their communications and data? Does encryption promote respect for the right to privacy? Of the right to freedom of expression and information?
