Miguel Ignacio Estrada is the General Manager of the Latin American and Caribbean ccTLD Organization (LACTLD). Mr. Estrada holds a degree in Information Systems for Organizations from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is also finishing a Masters in Communications for Organizations at Universidad Austral, Argentina.
Mr. Estrada acted as a consultant for the ICT Secretary of Argentina and also served as the National Director of Internet Policy and Development at the Modernisation Ministry of Argentina. From 2012 to 2016, he was the Communications Manager for .AR ccTLD and has previously worked for companies like IBM and HP. He is a LACIGF MAG member and also a former IGF Argentina MAG member.
