Igor Ostrowski is Partner in Dentons, Head of TMT Sector Group in Europe, lawyer and expert in the market of media and new technologies, Warsaw University graduate, analyst, co-founder of foundations and associations, former adviser to the Polish Prime Minister, former Deputy Minister of Administration and Digitalization. For 20 years Igor has specialized in new technologies, telecom and media laws. He has advised leading television networks, cable operators, radio broadcasters in matters related to commencing activities in Poland and in other European states, including regulatory and intellectual property issues.
His experience includes advice on mergers and acquisitions and participation in infrastructure and privatization projects. He combines a wealth of experience gained in international law firms (including Warsaw and New York offices), public administration (first as Advisor to the Prime Minister, then as Deputy Minister of Administration and Digitalization). In June 2014 he was appointed as head of the Polish Government's Council for Digitization.
