    Description

Pandemic time showed which tools and solutions can be helpful and even irreplaceable. When switching to remote work, did you ask yourself whether your visually impaired colleague will be able to use the applications we use for communication without any obstacles? Did you recognize that for the vast number of digitally excluded seniors (80% in Poland), there was a challenge of limited contact with loved ones and a misunderstanding of the messages transmitted by the media? How could students who do not have Internet access at home participate in school classes? Wasn't the technology, which solved many problems at that difficult time, also a source of even greater stratification of the excluded groups and the reason for the deepening of their problems? How to respond to these challenges in the future and shouldn't some aspects of usability and accessibility be a right for every user?
