    Description

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies that can have a direct impact on our societies are developing rapidly and are increasingly being used in the cultural and creative sectors. When applied ethically in certain aspects of work, AI can help to improve labor productivity and accelerate economic growth. AI has reached the cultural and creative sectors, taking on, among other forms of automatedcreation of text such asbooks and press articles, videos or music.

Will AI that is being more and more often used to create art replace humans? Will the presence of AI be a strong impulse for the creative world to make unique and precise things that will bear the mark of human creativity and no machine will be able to duplicate them, despite the huge amount of data provided for processing?

Does AI have influence on education and development of the recipients of culture? AI technologies can also be used to promote and protect national heritage. AI expands access to cultural artifact datasets and helps to make them accessible to people with disabilities. However, AI may also, due to the lack of objectivity in the selection of input data, limit the diversity of opinions and media pluralism. During content moderation, AI should only be used as a signal mechanism subject to human control, because left alone it cannot distinguish between legal and illegal content, deep fake or fake news. Can the misuse of AI systems hinder human and social development? AI has great potential to stimulate innovation in the information media sector, including the press. The question is whether it can replace qualitative journalism or only support it by analyzing data sets?

The event will be actively promoted for a month by the panel through social media and the websites of organizations cooperating with the Creative Polska Association - Polish Chamber of Books, Chamber of Press Publishers, Legal Culture Foundation, The Union of Audiovisual Authors and Producers SFP ZAPA, Polish Producers Alliance, "Sygnał" Association, The Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry ZPAV, Association of Authors ZAIKS, Association of Authors and Publishers Copyright Poland, Association of Photojournalists, Association of Journalists and Publishers REPROPOL.

The discussion will also be preceded by articles in the press, duplicated on social media and the websites of the organization above, devoted to the relationship between creativity and education with artificial intelligence.
