Description:
Learn Internet Governance is a Collaborative Community Development Program (CCDP) which focuses on using local resources, knowledge and best practice to reach out to the public. It is a open knowledge sharing platform creating better learning opportunity. Today in the world when there is a scarcity of funds and skills, the concept of organization being handicap for report mentality and resources are un-escapable. The CCDP is a new and multistakeholder concept of grooming the local public with their own capacity of creating better skills and problem-solving technique. It’s their question their problems and solution which helps them to identify and correlate to the problems in discovering a more profuse solution.
With this session we want to talk about the real problems of youth leadership and practice. As the internet community is growing there is a bigger challenge of visibility where the bigger nation takes over the smaller and smaller nation issues are forgotten. This is the problem in the internet community where a lot of the times few leader who are visible are seen everywhere and the few who are not there are the ones who are left behind.
The whole multistakeholder approach focuses more on participation of the unreachable and unvoiced but when it comes to the evaluation process the best comes out first and the rest goes hidden. In such ways youth leadership is getting weak in context of leaders to whom the fellowship and resources are designed never reached.
This session will help us to highlight the clarity in youth leadership needs, problems and challenges in context of multistakeholder practice and collaboration. It is very important from every aspect of understanding the problem if we are thinking of inclusion and diversity issues. We have also organized a series of interview with youth leaders
