1)Is digital security a significant expansion to traditional cyber security (or internet security) that should be brought to attention for inclusion in digital economy development policy at government level in all countries?
2)Should there be a global framework of digital security recognized by all governments and enterprises? For example, what governance and other components should be part of regulation, execution, and evaluation layers of digital security framework?
3)Is it possible to collect a common denominator from all related security and privacy law, such as EU GDPR, China Data Security
Law and Personal Information Protection Law, US and other country's law as a digital security governance baseline endorsed by UN?

9. Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
Targets: The proposal not only helps "Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure in SDG" but also supports UN SG's "Roadmap for Digital Cooperation" that covers digital security and trust.
Description:
In 2022, a Digital Security Framework has been drafted and an annual Global Digital Security Report will be published by joint effort of non-profit organizations UNDSA (United Nation Digital Security Alliance) and CSA (Cloud Security Alliance). Digital Security Governance is an important component in the framework and the report. In this session, the framework and report will be introduced, and particularly the current status of digital security governance will be shared in detail. The goal of this project is to support the initiative of UN SG's Roadmap for Digital Cooperation with a focus on digital trust and security.
Provide consensus and guidance for the industry, academia, and government to prepare for security and trust in digital era, and support UN SG's Roadmap for Digital Cooperation with a focus on its digital trust and security area.
Hybrid Format: - This is designed as an online session. All speakers and attendees are expected to join online. Only moderators and assistants may be onsite.
- This online session will have introduction published by media prior to IGF 2022. Rehearsal and Tests will be arranged for speakers. Materials will be shared after the session with attendees.
- Zoom and Tencent Meeting (VooV) will be used as online tools/platforms to support this online session.
