    The talk will provide an overview of Google’s security efforts and focus areas in the context of a changing cybersecurity landscape. This includes Google’s secure by default approach based on the world’s most advanced security infrastructures as well as the role of threat intelligence team, in particularGoogle’s Threat Analysis Group and Google Cloud’s Mandiant experts. Learn about Google’s cybersecurity workforce development efforts and contributions and partnerships in the APAC region and Google’s responsible approach to advance and secure AI systems and efforts to increase the resilience of organizations.

Around 45 people attended the session, in which Shane Huntely shared Google’s approach and key initiatives in cybersecurity protection: Google is committed to keeping people safe online by integrating cutting-edge AI technology. Secure by Default products such as Google Play, Gmail, and Chrome protect billions of users from cyberattacks. In October, Google launched Google Career Certificates and APAC Cybersecurity Funding to bolster the number of cybersecurity professionals. The Threat Analysis Group continuously monitors attackers. Google will continue to make efforts as a trusted partner to enhance online safety.  In the Q/A session, he answered the questions about diversity improvement, partnerships, etc.
