Description

A session that reviews Article 19 and limitations through law. The broad interpretation of freedom of expression, encryption and emergence of AI. Conclude by discussing the risks associated with biased AI tools, government suppression and its effect on youth participation in civic matters (inclusion).

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

A PowerPoint presentation done on Zoom platform will allow onsite and off site participants to follow. Questions will be taken on the floor as well as on the chat.
