    Description

In today's interconnected world, data is the fuel driving innovation and economic growth. However, concerns around privacy, security, and national sovereignty pose challenges to the free flow of data across borders. This discussion panel explores the concept of "Data Free Flow with Trust (DFFT)" – a framework aiming to balance the benefits of data exchange with robust data protection measures.

We'll convene a diverse group of experts – policymakers, industry leaders, and privacy advocates – to navigate the complexities of DFFT. We'll delve into practical strategies for building trust in data ecosystems and fostering international collaboration in the digital age.

To ensure seamless interaction, we'll utilize a central platform like Zoom with screen sharing for presentations and a designated Q&A queue for both online and onsite participants. Polls and breakout rooms in the platform will encourage real-time participation, regardless of location.
Collaborative document platform: Utilize a platform like Google Docs or Padlet to create a shared document where all participants (online and onsite) can contribute notes, ideas, and action steps throughout the workshop.
Social media engagement: Encourage participants to use a designated event hashtag on social media platforms to share questions, insights, and key takeaways during the workshop.
Pre-workshop communication: Provide clear instructions to both online and onsite participants regarding the platform, session layout, and engagement methods to ensure everyone is prepared.
