    Format description: Speakers on different aspects of AI in administration are brought together from three diverse districts (Colombia, Ethiopia, and the Asia-Pacific). These differing qualities ensure a wide extent of perspectives and sees, upgrading the discussion and empowering members to have an intensive get a handle on the subject. In addition to ensuring an intensive talk about AI issues from different points of view, this session demonstrates will advance energetic back and data trade among the speakers.     What will participants gain from attending this session? Attendees will leave this workshop with a thorough understanding of the state of AI applications in governance, with an emphasis on digital governance and policy creation. In addition, this session will look at how AI might be used to elevate the voices of young people in policy discussions and provide real-world examples of how AI has been successfully applied to governance. In order to ensure thorough and objective analysis, panelists will address the crucial topic of combining AI and human surveillance. This conversation sheds important light on how to strike a balance between ethical issues and technical advancements as well as the value of human judgment in governance procedures. Furthermore, the Q&A session gives participants a chance to engage with the presenters face-to-face in order to clarify any confusion and ask specific questions.

    This session will explore innovative approaches to digital governance, specifically how National and Regional Initiatives (NRIs) can leverage both artificial intelligence (AI) and human analysis to enhance the transparency and inclusivity of Internet governance. The proposed system would automate the sifting through IGF session transcripts to identify trends, consensus points, and divergent opinions, ensuring that every stakeholder's voice is heard. By combining AI's computational speed with meticulous human review, this approach seeks to maintain the nuanced understanding of discussions while significantly improving efficiency. This setup is especially geared towards amplifying youth participation, reflecting their pivotal role in shaping the future of the Internet.

    Expected Outcomes

    The organizers will publish the discussion results on the social media and respective mailing lists to create the impact on the Internet Governance community.

    Hybrid Format: Given the current global situation and in the spirit of inclusivity, this session will take a hybrid approach, with both on-site and online participation facilitated. The session will be designed to ensure equal footing for all participants, regardless of their mode of participation. The on-site moderator, Nicolás Fiumarelli, will coordinate with the online moderator to ensure seamless integration and active participation of both on-site and remote participants. The online moderator (in stage) will monitor online participation, ensuring that online questions and contributions are addressed and included in the discussion, there will be possibility for online speakers to speak orally. This approach will guarantee that the session is as interactive, participatory, and inclusive as possible.
